The ‘View Submitted Reports’ tile presents a list of previously submitted reports and claims.
On the ‘View Submitted Reports’ screen, you can:
- Search by report number, contract description, submission date or status. Click ‘Search’ to populate the list of reports that matches the criteria entered.
- Review the table for details for each report.
- Click ‘Show Details’ to display an overview of the submitted report details.
- Click ‘View PDF’ to open a PDF version of the submitted report, which can then be downloaded.
- Click ‘Download List as PDF’ to display a PDF version of the submitted report list.
