REPORTING TIPS

Paper toiletries / cotton products

Examples include: toilet paper, paper towel, facial tissues, Ear swabs, cotton balls, makeup sponges, cotton pads, etc.

Excluded from all programs is paper which is unsafe or unsanitary to recycle such as paper towel or toilet paper.
