Sector Tips
Sector tips provide assistance on the unique reporting needs for businesses within a specific industry sector. The tips have been created to address common questions received from stewards to help avoid the most common reporting errors. This information is for guidance only and should not be considered exhaustive but is designed to help stewards identify the correct material subcategory for reporting the most common materials used by businesses in a specific sector. These tips are most helpful for stewards who use the WeRecycle Material List, however we have included some province-specific guidance in certain areas as well. The FAQs provide reporting information for organizations across many industry sectors.
We welcome feedback so that we can continually improve the information and support we provide stewards.
