Access the WeRecycle Portal at https://werecycle.rralliance.com. Use the login page to access your account, where you can manage your contact information, confirm obligation, submit reports, view past reports and invoices, and more.
The WeRecycle Portal supports the browsers listed below. Please ensure your browser allows pop-ups.
- Apple Safari
- Google Chrome
- Microsoft Edge (please ensure you have updated to the latest version)
- Microsoft Internet Explorer (please ensure any site ending in "@rralliance.com" is not set to display in compatibility mode)
Login to the Portal using your existing User ID and password. The password requirements are:
- 8 - 14 characters in length
- One uppercase letter
- One lower case letter
- One number
- One special character
Portal users should take care to remember and secure their passwords, including changing regularly and never sharing electronically.
New users can click 'Create an Account' at the bottom of the page to create their WeRecycle account. Follow the steps on screen to set up your User ID. Upon creating your User ID, you will receive an email with a temporary password. Login with this information and you will be prompted to set your own password. Then, proceed to provide your organization information by following the onscreen guidance.
If you do not remember your password, click 'Did you forget your password?' to reset it. You will be required to enter the following information:
- First name
- Last name
- User ID
- Email Address
Note that you will have seven attempts to login. On the eighth failed attempt, your User ID will become locked. If your User ID becomes locked, or if you are not able to complete the password reset, please contact National Steward Services at email@example.com or 1 (888) 980-9549, and they will be happy to assist you logging in.
