Register with Regulatory Authority

Obligated producers are required to register with the oversight authorities in Nova Scotia (Divert NS), New Brunswick (Recycle NB), Ontario (RPRA)  and Alberta (ARMA). 

SK Recycles, Recycle BC, MMSM and the Yukon do not have separate oversight authorities as they are regulated by the ministry of the environment and no additional registration is required. 

Divert NS, RPRA and ARMA each have their own portal. On their portals you will need to appoint Circular Materials as your PRO if you would like Circular Materials to submit your annual supply data to the authority on your behalf. During onboarding a member of our team will send you instructions how to do so.
